1. User Registration and Account Security

To use the features of rentswala.co.in (listing properties or unlocking landlord contact details), users must log in using OTP authentication. You agree to provide a valid, personal 10-digit mobile number. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account session.

2. Rules for Listing Properties (Landlords)

When listing a property, you agree to:

• Provide accurate specifications (title, rent amount, deposit amount, area sqft).
• Specify the correct location node (State, District, Taluka, and Village / City) and set the marker exactly on the interactive map picker.
• Upload genuine photographs of the rental space.
• Avoid listing fake, duplicated, or misleading properties. Administrators reserve the right to delete non-compliant properties without notice.

3. Property Search and Contact Unlocking (Seekers)

Seekers can search listings for free. However, to view/unlock the owner's mobile contact number and access call/WhatsApp controls, seekers must subscribe to a package plan (Free or Paid). Unlocking contacts is governed by the package's contact limits. Any attempt to scrape numbers or abuse contact limits is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refund Policies

rentswala.co.in offers various mock and live subscription plans. Once a subscription is activated, it remains valid for the designated duration (e.g. 1 month) or until the contact limit is exhausted. All transactions on the mock portal are for demonstration purposes. Real payments on hosted portals are final, and refunds are processed at the sole discretion of the portal administrators.

5. Limitation of Liability

rentswala.co.in is a direct matchmaking directory for landlords and renters. We do not own, verify structural integrity, or broker any real estate transactions. Any lease agreement, payment, or dispute arising between an owner and a seeker is purely their personal responsibility. We advise all users to exercise caution and verify property premises physically before transferring funds.
